Services

Every engagement is scoped and quoted in writing before any work starts. All fees are quoted and charged in US dollars.

• Product design Interface and interaction design for web and mobile products — flows, screens, prototypes, and the design review that gets them built correctly.
• Design systems Component libraries, design tokens, and documentation, built so a team can keep using them after the engagement ends.
• Frontend engineering Production frontend code — React and TypeScript — implementing the design rather than handing it off.
• Design advisory Ongoing part-time design leadership for teams without a senior designer in house.

Cancellations and refunds

We sell professional services. Nothing physical is shipped, so no return policy applies.

You may cancel an engagement at any time by emailing info@tiltshiftstudio.com. Cancellation takes effect the day we receive your email. You are billed for work completed up to that date, and anything already paid beyond that amount is refunded. Fees for work already delivered are non-refundable. Advisory retainers run month to month and may be cancelled by either side in writing before the next month begins.

If a deliverable is not right, email us and describe the problem. Most issues are solved by revising the work at no extra charge. Contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or card issuer — a billing question we can answer directly is resolved far faster than the card network's process.
